Fantastic CompanyCulture Pay Salary $42,500 - $52,500 (depending on experience) Job Description We are seeking an accountantor an experienced bookkeeperto join our growing hospitality management team. In this role, you will be working closely with the controller and the rest of the accounting team to service our managed locations. Duties/Responsibilities: Process accounts payable and checks requests Research invoices and resolve vendor disputes Verify expenses meet contract and budget criteria Assist in accounts receivable management Intercompany billing and transfers Assist with loan reporting Assist with month-end adjustingentries Performs other related duties asassigned Payroll management for multiple locations - depending on existing experience. Required Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of accounting principles andprocedures Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow verbal and writteninstructions Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Proficient in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) Comfortable with technology Team player willing to pitch in on general office tasks/errands as needed Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required Two to five years of related experiencerequired Other Desired Qualifications: Payroll experience - ADP specifically a plus Hospitality accounting experience is aplus College degree or coursework in accounting QuickBooks Online Certification Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time Infrequent travel to hotel sites may be required We're an equal opportunity employer.
