Education Coordinator — KY Literacy Programs & Engagement

Help Us Grow Foundation Kentucky Education Coordinator The Help Us Grow (H.U.G.) Foundation provides a free reading intervention program aimed at promoting literacy and character development among students. The position supports the Director in strengthening and expanding the reading program in Kentucky. Member Duties The ideal candidate will assist in developing sustainable systems, creating program resources, improving operational processes, and supporting strategies for volunteer and tutor engagement. Responsibilities include coordinating program logistics, tracking and analyzing program data to inform decision‑making, assisting in partnership development, enhancing outreach efforts, and contributing to training materials, documentation, and tools that ensure long‑term program sustainability. The position is based in Kentucky and requires residence within the commuting area of the service site, with availability for onsite service as needed.
