Let's work together to achieve greatness!Responsibilities:* Facilitate Agile delivery for EDIM teams by leading all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and ensuring alignment with Navy Federal Agile and SDLC standards.* Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog, track sprint progress and metrics (velocity, burn-down/up), and provide transparent status reporting.* Proactively identify and remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies across EDIM teams, and support release planning and coordination.* Ensure Azure DevOps practices are consistently followed and promote continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.**Basic Qualifications:*** Minimum of 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps Boards, Pipelines , Agile Scrum, Sprint Planning Tracking, Stakeholder Communication, and/or Risk Dependency Management**Preferred Qualifications:*** Azure Function Apps* Azure Logic Apps* Bachelor's or Associate's degreeCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
