Sr. Director, Capital Sales (North Central) - Ottava

Johnson & Johnson seeks a senior director to lead capital sales for OTTAVA, a soft-tissue surgical robotics platform, across the North Central region. The role combines strategic sales leadership, revenue accountability, and team development within a competitive, fast-growing medical technology market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute capital sales strategy for OTTAVA platform across North Central region
  • Lead regional sales team to achieve quarterly revenue targets and procedural volume goals
  • Build talent pipeline and drive professional development within growing sales organization
  • Establish partnerships with key hospital systems and clinical champions to support adoption
  • Monitor pipeline performance and deliver weekly SMART goal and KPI reports to general manager

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading capital sales teams in medical device or surgical technology
  • Track record of developing sales strategy and driving revenue growth in complex healthcare markets
  • Experience building and managing high-performing sales organizations with diverse talent
  • Strong relationship-building skills with hospital executives and clinical opinion leaders
  • Demonstrated commitment to healthcare compliance, ethical standards, and inclusive leadership

Compensation: $250,000 base plus competitive sales incentive program
