Outpatient Therapy Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy in a supportive outpatient environment serving children, adolescents, and adults. Early Childhood & Child-Focused Services Work with young children and families through specialized services that may include early childhood therapy, play therapy, family therapy, and trauma-focused services. Additional Clinical Opportunities Depending on organizational needs and your qualifications, opportunities may be available across multiple programs and settings. What You'll Do Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Coordinate care with clients, families, schools, providers, and community partners Participate in multidisciplinary treatment teams Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Manage an assigned caseload Provide clinical consultation and mental health education Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities QualificationsWhat We're Looking For Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field Current Maryland clinical license or eligibility for Maryland licensure Qualified Maryland licenses may include LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LGMFT, LCMFT, PhD, PsyD, and other applicable credentials Clinical supervision available for eligible LG/LM clinicians Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Experience in behavioral health preferred Benefits 403B with Match Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Life insurance Paid Time Off Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Account Flexible scheduling And so much more Your Career.
