What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance and basic service tasks on heating and cooling systems. Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call. Learn how to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers. Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork. Keep your vehicle, tools, and work areas clean and organized. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities. What We're Looking For Outstanding customer service and communication skills. A self-starter who can work independently and stay productive. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools. Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail. Ability to solve problems and think critically.
