The candidate will be an emotionally intelligent, proven coach who thrives when helping others, leverages data to drive decisions and is no stranger to a fast-paced sales environment.# **What You Will Lead/Do or Key Responsibilities*** Hire, lead, and coach a successful team of full-cycle sales professionals* Develop, motivate, and retain top performers* Attain overachievement of team sales goals* Engage your team with daily huddles, interactive meetings, and fun challenges* Manage activity and pipeline in Salesforce CRM to exceed your goals* Maintain accurate and on-time forecast reporting* Effectively lead your sales team to success hitting monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals# **Qualifications / What You Need To Succeed*** 5+ years experience leading a quota-carrying, closing sales team* Leadership presence that team members will walk through walls for: Proven ability to coach, attract, and retain amazing sales talent* A competitive spirit who likes to win: Track record of consistently exceeding established goals* Experience closing large deals with complex sales cycles on complex large Enterprise Accounts* Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills* A love for the startup environment* A Bachelor's Degree## More about OutSystemsOutSystems is a leading AI Development Platform built for the enterprise.
