Clinical Pharmacist

The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for promoting safe, effective, and evidence-based medication use in an acute care hospital setting. This role collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support appropriate medication therapy, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain hospital pharmacy operations. The Clinical Pharmacist participates in medication order review, pharmacokinetic monitoring, drug information support, policy compliance, and staff education. Qualifications Education Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy required. Licensure/Certification Current, active Pharmacist license in Florida required. Experience New Pharmacy Graduates are welcome to apply. Hospital pharmacy experience preferred. Shift : Flexible shift (8-hour shift- 40 hours/week) Base Pay Scale : $116,480 – $147,680, depending on experience and Board Certification.
