The RN will work three 12-hour shifts each week, providing care for a diverse patient population. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:6, ensuring manageable workloads. Nurses on this unit will be expected to engage in a dynamic learning environment, supporting new graduates as they develop foundational skills. Flexibility is required, as the RN may be required to float to other units based on patient care needs. Weekend shifts are required every other week. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in a similar role. Certifications in Basic Life Support are mandatory. Local candidates are not eligible for this position. Failure to meet the qualifications outlined will result in disqualification. All candidates must adhere to a strict policy regarding substance use. The facility requires compliance with specific health and safety regulations. Fit testing for N95 masks is required prior to starting the position.
