The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in leading the overall operations, sales performance, and member experience of the club. This role is responsible for driving membership growth through direct sales execution, coaching team members, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring company standards are consistently upheld. The Assistant General Manager leads by example, developing a high-performing culture while delivering an exceptional experience for every member.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or another sales-driven environment.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Schedule: This is a full-time leadership position requiring flexibility to meet business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
