We are looking for someone who is dependable, team-oriented, efficient, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care.RequirementsValid Texas RDA license REQUIRED1-3+ years of experience in general dentistry REQUIREDStrong chairside assisting skillsExcellent communication and patient care abilitiesAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentReliable, professional, and detail-orientedPreferred QualificationsBilingual in Spanish is preferredExperience with Eaglesoft is a plusKnowledge of specialty procedures, including oral surgery, endodontics, implants, and orthodontics, is a plusIdeal Certifications: Coronal Polishing, Radiology, N2O, and EFDAResponsibilities IncludeChairside assisting during general dental proceduresTaking digital X-rays and intraoral photosSterilization and operatory setup/breakdownAssisting with treatment flow and patient educationMaintaining accurate clinical notes and recordsHelping ensure smooth daily operations and schedule efficiencyDelivering a positive, comfortable patient experienceWe are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to grow with our team long-term.
