Branch Operations Supervisor

The Branch Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting our teams and ensuring smooth operations at various branches across Louisiana. This position involves providing leadership and guidance where it's needed, especially at locations without on-site management. You'll also manage the staffing schedule effectively to ensure all branches are well supported while optimizing costs for the Credit Union. Responsibilities Collaborating with the Branch Manager to set clear expectations, monitor performance, and foster teamwork to achieve sales targets and productivity goals. Flexibly moving between different branch locations based on operational needs, offering staffing coverage and support wherever required. Assisting in staff scheduling to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations across all sites. Providing leadership, motivation, and support to floaters and branch team members, ensuring a well‑trained and engaged workforce. Performing various roles within the branches as necessary, including transaction handling, loan application processing, and account openings. Taking on additional duties as assigned to support branch operations. Qualifications A minimum of 3 years in the financial services industry, with experience in teller or contact center roles, along with at least 1 year in lending or loan processing. A strong sales background. Eligibility to obtain necessary licenses for selling insurance products. A high school diploma or GED is required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional member service. Comprehensive knowledge of branch procedures and policies. Additional Information Work Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Travel: Regular travel between various branch locations throughout Louisiana is required.
