Quick Facts Location: Tallahassee, FL (1300 Miccosukee Road) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Shift: 8-hour and 24-hour shifts Hours per week: 36-40 Employment Type: Full-time Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified in Neonatal NP (no FNP/PNP accepted) Experience: Minimum 2+ years as NNP, no new graduates Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (discussed upon application) Benefits include: Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Life Insurance & Disability options 401(k) with company match Employee stock purchase program Pre-tax HSA & FSA accounts Additional plans: Hospital, Critical Illness, Accident EEO/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/E-Verify Employer What You’ll Do Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting with 34 beds Support high-risk newborns, including premature and critically ill infants Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and team staff Manage patient care independently during shifts, including high-risk deliveries Participate in transports from regional hospitals with a team Contribute to family-centered healthcare in a multidisciplinary environment What You Need Required: Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Florida RN license and NNP certification 2+ years experience as NNP Proficiency in neonatal care and emergency procedures Ability to work 8- and 24-hour shifts.
