Craft Training Coordinator (Electrical Journeyman/Foreman)

Responsibilities Work in the training facility alongside operation and division managers on development and delivery of curriculum. Assist in forecasting employee training needs. Preview completed training videos for knowledge transfer errors and omissions. Assist in researching training topics. Create quizzes. Measure impact of training efforts. Improve employee job‑related skills via learning tools. Perform on‑site employee skill evaluations. Transcribe quality videos for Spanish conversion as required. Advertise training opportunities internally and externally. Assist with other activities as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications Commercial and electrical experience. Knowledge of industry electrical safety procedures (LO/TO, NFPA 70E, etc.). Experience in electrical trade with ability and interest to train and develop others. Considered an electrical SME within the construction industry. Comfortable speaking in front of groups and one‑on‑one. Willingness to work flexible, varied hours including evenings, weekends, and travel to job sites. High School diploma or GED. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize, organize, problem‑solve, and exercise good judgement with minimal supervision. Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to demonstrate flexibility and creativity. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines. Regular and reliable attendance at work. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Bilingual (English and Spanish). NCEER Electrical Certifications.
