One GI is seeking a dynamic, execution-focused Growth Specialist to support business development initiatives across assigned practices. This role plays a critical part in expanding access to high-quality GI services through strengthening referral relationships between primary care and specialty providers and our gastroenterologists located in Lansdowne.

What You'll Do

As a Growth Specialist, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground partner to practice leadership and physicians as you bolster referral patterns and seek out new partnerships within your assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities

• Visit referring physician clinics on a weekly basis and partner with providers to create streamlined referral processes that improve access to gastroenterology care
• Execute growth initiatives aligned with strategic practice plans
• Identify healthcare market trends and growth opportunities through research and analysis
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with referring physicians, practice leadership, scheduling teams, and internal stakeholders
• Participate in scheduled growth calls in partnership with the Market VP team
• Develop and maintain marketing materials and referral relationship tools in partnership with marketing department leadership
• Support growth-focused operational and partnership meetings
• Provide insights for budget planning and forecasted growth opportunities
• Track performance metrics for assigned practices and endoscopy suites
• Serve as a visible, growth-focused liaison within assigned markets
• Maintain working knowledge of CPT codes and payer reimbursement structures
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and training requirements
• Travel locally within assigned markets - up to 90% of the part-time schedule

What You Bring

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in growth, business development, or healthcare strategy
• Proven track record of implementing growth strategies with measurable results
• Experience analyzing data to drive decision-making
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and growth platforms
