Quality Inspector

Inspector/PackerPosition Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector/Packer to inspect, weigh, package, and sort medical molded plastic components. This role requires precision, strong manual dexterity, and adherence to quality standards in a cleanroom environment.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect product visually for defects using magnification tools.Assemble small parts manually using hand tools, fixtures, or equipment.Weigh, count, package, and label finished products accurately.Maintain clean and organized work area.Complete production records and work order documentation as needed.Use computer systems to enter production data and track inventory.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Must be 18 years of age or older.Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Ability to read and follow procedures accurately.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.Previous inspection or packing experience is desirable.Physical Requirements & Work EnvironmentWork is performed in a cleanroom environment.Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods, depending on assigned tasks.May need to occasionally move or lift objects up to 25 lbs.Operate machinery and use computer/touchscreen for work order data entry.Travel RequirementsTypically requires less than 5% travel.
