**Required Skills / Certifications / Experience:** - Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years Experience Required. - Traveler Experience: Unit WILL NOT ACCEPT 1st Time Travelers - Skills: Vents, IV Start, Neuro Intensive Care Unit, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Continuous IV sedation, CVA/Acute Stroke management, External ventricular drains (EVD), ICP Monitoring, Post Neurosurgery management, Care of Ventilated Patient, Isolation Precautions/ Use of PPE, Lumbar Drain experience - **Strong Neuro experience, MUST BE 2 YEARS, NO LESS** - Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH **Preferred Skills / Certifications / Experience:** - Skills: Arterial line management **Job Requirements & Qualifications:** - Previous Charge Experience: N/A - Years of Experience: 2 - Charting System Experience Required: Epic - Travel Experience Required: Yes - Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS - Skills: Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Care of Ventilated Patient, Central line care/management, Continuous IV sedation, CVA/Acute Stroke management, Emergency Medications, External ventricular drain (EVD), ICP monitoring, Infection Prevention, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Lumbar drains, Management of dysrhythmias, Neuro Intensive Care Unit, Post Craniotomy, Post Neurosurgery management, Spinal cord injury, Traumatic Brain injury, Strong Neuro Experience **Other Notes:** - Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty - Must have 2 YEARS in NEURO ICU, IF NOT PLEASE REDIRECT - Strong Neuro Critical Care Background, not just general ICU.
