Overview This is a unique opportunity to work as an embedded team member with our client, Warner Bros. Discovery, out of their Flatiron District office in New York City, gaining the kind of hands-on, brand-side experience that is rare in a traditional agency role. What You'll Do

As a Senior Analyst, Programmatic, you will own the strategic planning and execution of programmatic campaigns. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring you to deliver actionable insights and optimize performance. You will translate approved plans into campaign builds and activations that achieve the goal and objective.

• Independently plan, launch, and optimize programmatic media campaigns across display, mobile, video, and social platforms.
• Communicate strategies, insights, and recommendations clearly and persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support inventory assessments and contribute to proposals for new client opportunities.
• Manage delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, and campaign artifacts for timely launches.
• Oversee campaign QA in billing systems and support in builds where necessary.
• Develop client-facing performance reports, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to resolve campaign issues.
• Apply advanced analytics and bid management techniques to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate team capabilities.
• Leverage AI-based tools to enhance Programmatic Activation efficiency and campaign performance.
• Build strong relationships with Activation, Strategy, and Analytics teams to drive integrated solutions.

Qualifications

1+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying and campaign management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Hands-on experience with DSP platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Yahoo DSP, Amazon DSP) and familiarity with DMPs. Strong understanding of programmatic metrics Strong troubleshooting, QA discipline, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Resourceful, curious, and motivated with a passion for innovation and continuous learning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills preferred. Familiarity with digital workflow tools inclusive of leveraging traffic sheets, creative rotations, Prisma, billing, etc. Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
