Responsibilities Lead and support the salon floor team during daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience Provide hands‑on coaching, mentorship, and real‑time feedback to stylists and front desk staff Monitor floor performance, manage scheduling flow, and optimise team productivity Deliver professional blowout services and uphold Blowology's signature style standards Handle guest concerns and resolve service issues with professionalism and care Assist management with onboarding, training, and development of new team members Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked salon floor at all times Requirements Valid California Cosmetology License required 2+ years of experience in a salon or blowout bar environment Prior team lead, supervisory, or mentorship experience preferred Strong blowout and styling technique skills across all hair types Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict‑resolution skills Guest‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering five‑star service Ability to thrive in a high‑energy, fast‑paced salon setting About Us Blowology Dry Bar is San Francisco's go‑to destination for flawless blowouts and feel‑good hair experiences.
