Registered Nurse ICU

$1713.60/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized critical care nursing to ICU patients in a hospital setting, ensuring high-quality, attentive, and compassionate care. Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient recovery and safety. Responsibilities: Administer ICU-specific treatments and monitor patient responses using advanced equipment such as ventilators, CRRT, and EVDs. Perform invasive procedures including central line insertions, arterial line placements, lumbar punctures, chest tube insertions, and EVD insertions. Document patient status and interventions accurately within Meditech system, ensuring compliance with hospital policies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans based on individual acuity and needs. Maintain certification requirements (ACLS, BLS) and adhere to safety standards at all times. Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families. Qualifications: Valid RN license and current ACLS and BLS certifications. Minimum of 2 years ICU experience in a hospital environment. Proficient in performing advanced critical care procedures. Demonstrate strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced ICU setting.
