Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age At least 2 years of experience in home care services Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening Previous leadership and sales experience preferred Maintain client charting sheets Build relationships with clients and staff Complete mini‑assessments for RNs on new referrals Train new employees Maintain communication with all stakeholders: office, director, and clients Provide customer service and care services Assist and direct care staff to ensure quality client care that upholds Interim HealthCare's standards of care, policies, philosophy, and the well‑being of residents Lead and motivate employees in providing quality care and services, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Essential Duties Maintain client schedules Maintain client charting sheets Build relationships with clients and staff Complete mini‑assessments for RNs on new referrals Train new employees Maintain communication with all stakeholders: office, director, and clients Provide customer service and care servicesAssist and direct care staff to ensure quality client care that upholds Interim HealthCare's standards of care, policies, philosophy, and the well‑being of residents Lead and motivate employees in providing quality care and services, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction InterimHealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
