This full-time, onsite contract runs the academic year, starting with a comprehensive orientation on August 3rd and 4th, followed by the first day with students on August 10th, and concluding on May 24th, 2027.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Valid license and certification as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Confidence working with a diverse caseload from EC through 12th grade
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Capacity to collaborate and share ideas with colleagues and supervisors
• Flexibility, creativity, and initiative in problem-solving

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide OT evaluations and direct/indirect services to students, based on IEP goals
• Develop and implement individualized interventions tailored to student needs
• Maintain regular communication with teachers, families, and support staff
• Document student progress and participate in annual performance reviews
• Attend orientation, monthly meetings, and 1:1 check-ins with leadership
• Engage in professional development and process improvement activities
• Utilize supplied equipment and testing materials for accurate assessments
• Collaborate with a supportive team, benefiting from a "Buddy Program" for new hires and continuous real-time connection through the organization's social network
