Job Summary The Product Operations Lead is part of the store leadership team responsible for executing the store product strategy, including product operations and inventory management. They lead inventory shifts, oversee back‑of‑house product operations, and ensure floor and BOH are stocked and organized. The Lead provides input on performance evaluations, hiring decisions, and acts as Supervisor on Duty (SOD). They also deliver a world‑class guest experience when on the floor. Core Responsibilities of the Job Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life. Proactively plan, prioritize, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs. Execute product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing. Engage team members in inventory management, creating a fun and productive shift atmosphere. Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell‑through strategy. Analyze daily business data and metrics to provide recommendations on product focus and pricing. Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training. Provide direct feedback and coaching for performance and development. Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment. As Supervisor on Duty during open hours, lead from the floor to ensure every guest receives technical product education and a world‑class experience. Job Requirements Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located. Travel: Must be able to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation. Schedule / Availability Work schedule varies with store needs. Typical shifts: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Peak periods or special events may require early mornings or late nights/overnights. Experience Minimum 1 year of work experience. Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including use of business technology. Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or process implementation with others. Job Assets (Nice to Have) Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations, and interpreting business reports. For experiential stores with food/beverage service only: Food safety and/or liquor service certification. For experiential stores with food/beverage service only: May use industrial kitchen equipment and be exposed to heat while preparing food or beverages. Compensation & Benefits Package Base Pay Range: $21.50 - $24.74 per hour, subject to minimum wage in the location. Target Bonus: $2.00 per hour.
