Lead Maintenance Technician - Residential
Decron Properties
Decron Properties is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to act as a working team lead across one or more residential communities, performing maintenance tasks and guiding technicians to keep properties in excellent condition and completed safely and efficiently. The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances, plus the ability to train and mentor staff. A high school diploma and at least three years of hands-on maintenance experience are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Decron Properties
