Your Responsibilities As Lead Appliance Technician As a Lead Appliance Repair Technician, you are a key component in providing excellent customer service to our customers and our team of Appliance Repair Technicians. Here Are Your Primary Responsibilities Diagnose and repair home appliances by troubleshooting, providing cost estimates, communicating with the customer, and collecting payments. Lead a team of Appliance Repair Technicians to properly diagnose and repair appliances. Serve as a resource and technical support for the team. Effectively communicate with the office. You are there to accurately diagnose and solve their problem so they can get back to running an efficient household.
