Provides administrative support to all office management and sales staff. Organizes and manages processes and maintain documentation in support of the operation.

• Review Home Depot contracts for completeness. 
• Notify Comfort Advisors of incomplete or missing information and payment, and track collection of needed elements.
• Enter all Home Depot jobs in Home Depot Service Center, including document uploads.
• Enter all Lowe’s jobs in Lowe’s MIC, including document uploads.
• Register all equipment with manufacturer on behalf of the customer.
• Purchase extended labor warranties as needed.
• Enter equipment model/serial # in Connect, along with warranty for each piece of equipment installed
• Retain documents received from CAs for upcoming jobs.
• File permits for all jobs and request missing permits as necessary.
• Maintain organization of AOR folders for quick access.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

• Prior administrative experience, specifically with Excel and formulas.
• Must have great organization and communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, accurate and able to meet strict deadlines.
• Must be able to work with team members, including management.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment during the peak season, including working flexible hours as needed.
