Territory Sales Representative

*****Prior In-Home Sales Experience Preferred***** Job Overview We are looking for an experienced sales closer to provide top-quality home improvement solutions and close sales in the comfort of the customer's own home. The ideal candidate will have past in-home sales experience to help drive our business forward. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers, showcasing our products and services. Build rapport with clients, identify their needs, and deliver personalized sales presentations. Address customer concerns, answer product-related questions, and provide expert advice to facilitate the sale. Close sales deals in the customer’s home, ensuring all paperwork and payment details are completed accurately. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Collaborate with the sales and installation teams to ensure a smooth process from sale to service delivery. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals. Requirements: Proven experience in a direct sales role, preferably in in-home sales or home improvement. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as most appointments are scheduled based on customer availability. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client homes.
