Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including vitals, screens, tests, and injections.
• Assist providers with exams, treatment plans, and medication management.
• Respond to internal messages and process inquiries promptly.
• Support psychiatric provider schedules to enhance productivity.
• Maintain logs, records, and reports as directed.
• Perform emergency procedures as per approved protocols.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Knowledge of confidentiality requirements and patient privacy.
• Strong communication skills to interact with staff, patients, and families.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with a focus on patient advocacy.
• Proficient in using technology for patient care.
