As a member of our compassionate team, you will have access to a network of other healthcare professionals, allowing for a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions, including strength, range of motion, and functional abilities.Develop tailored treatment plans addressing individual patient needs, focusing on restorative techniques and rehabilitation exercises.Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, exercise regimens, and modalities such as electrical stimulation or ultrasound.Continuously monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.Engage with patients and caregivers to provide education on home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and long-term management of conditions.Foster an environment of encouragement and understanding, facilitating open communication regarding patient goals and concerns.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists and physicians, to provide comprehensive care.Patient Population / Client FocusYour role will impact a diverse clientele, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and age-related mobility issues. Your expertise will help empower them to regain functionality and enhance their everyday lives.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.A minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy, showcasing skills in patient assessment and therapeutic interventions.Ability to function independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.Strong communication skills and a dedication to nurturing patient relationships and delivering high-quality care.Preferred ExperienceExperience working in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting.Proficiency in a variety of manual therapy techniques and modalities.Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.Interest or specialization in specific patient populations, such as geriatrics or sports rehabilitation.Compensation and BenefitsAt Flexi Rise, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to USD 120,000 annually, which reflects your experience and expertise in the field.
