Maintenance Custodian Associate

As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. Ensuring customers have a great first and last impression. Maintaining a positive attitude. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following Company steel standard guidelines, and correcting/reporting unsafe situations to Management. Cleans all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Company procedures, guidelines, and methods, and utilizing approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment. Responds to spills, operates floor scrubbers, and disposes of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with Company Environmental Sustainability Program. Maintains appropriate levels of Company‑approved chemicals and supplies, ensures chemical supplies are rotated and stored in proper containers, and places orders to replenish supplies as needed. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Primary Location: 3839 MUNDY MILL RD, OAKWOOD, GA 30566‑3415, United States of America. Compensation and Benefits Hourly wage: $16.00 to $24.00* (actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location). Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
