Shift Manager

Position: Shift Manager/ Assistant ManagerReports To: House Manager & Residential Services DirectorLocations: Ronan, MT, Polson, MTClassification: Full-time (40 hours/week), with occasional overtime as neededPay: $18.50 – $19.50 per hourPosition SummaryThe Assistant Manager supports individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities living in a group home setting. This role includes assisting with medical and behavioral health needs, teaching daily living and social skills, and providing personal care. The Assistant Manager also helps clients engage in community activities, such as medical appointments, shopping, and recreational outings. In addition, this position assists the House Manager with supervisory duties, scheduling, documentation, and overall oversight of the group home.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain reliable attendance and ensure client safety and well-being.Support clients with health appointments, daily living skills, and mobility needs.Ensure compliance with MME’s policies, procedures, and client protocols.Assisted in training staff and ensuring they were familiar with each client’s Person-Centered Support Plan (PSP).Support the House Manager with staff supervision, documentation, safety drills, disciplinary actions, and group home budgeting.Provide management oversight in the House Manager's absence.Maintain accurate notes, records, and documentation using MME’s software systems.Attend required meetings and training sessions.Minimum Qualifications18 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or GEDOne year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilitiesBasic computer skillsValid driver’s licenseFirst Aid, CPR, and Medication Certification (all can be obtained during onboarding with MME)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyBenefits401(k)Health, dental, and vision insuranceAflacLife insurancePaid time offSchedule8 Hour shiftsPrimarily afternoon and evening shiftsWeekend availability requiredWork Locations: In person – Ronan, MT, Polson, MT #J-18808-Ljbffr Mission Mountain Empowerment
