AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

Dickson City Hyundai

Earn Potential 0f $70K–$100K+ Per Year
Salary + Commission + Monthly Bonuses

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6 PM — NO WEEKENDS!

Automotive experience is preferred, but it is not required .

If you are great with people, motivated to succeed, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and willing to learn, we want to talk to you.

Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, insurance, or other customer-facing positions can be a great fit for this role.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide a professional service experience
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their needs
• Perform pre-write-up vehicle inspections
• Work with technicians and the Parts Department to keep repairs moving
• Provide repair and maintenance estimates
• Clearly explain recommended services to customers
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Schedule appointments and help manage daily workflow
• Review completed repairs and process customer payments
• Follow up with customers when needed
• Build long-term customer relationships

What We're Looking For

• No automotive experience required — we will train the right candidate
• Service Advisor experience is a plus
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable with technology and learning new computer systems
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
• Organized and able to handle a fast-paced environment
• Positive, professional attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn automotive repair and maintenance
• Motivated by performance and earning potential
