What You’ll Do: Deliver care to senior residents with Legendary Hospitality —anticipating needs and personalizing each interaction Build meaningful relationships with residents and families Support your team—communicate clearly and step in when needed Lead by example with reliability, positivity, and accountability Help create a space where everything speaks —clean, welcoming, and high-touch Qualifications: Certified by the state to provide resident care. Able to stand, sit, walk, squat, kneel, bend, reach and grasp frequently; Able to lift up to 40 pounds frequently, and over 40 pounds occasionally; and Speak, see, and hear, so that I can communicate with residents and co-workers; Why Senior Star?
