Pro Resources is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a client in Elkhart, IN. This is an immediate opening for an organized, dependable professional who enjoys working with customers and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, accounting, or administrative support, along with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks. This position is a great fit for someone who is comfortable working with customers while also handling financial information, data entry, invoicing, and other administrative responsibilities. Shift and Compensation Monday-Friday 6-3 PM Compensation is from 43,680 USD to 52,000 USD per year

Job Duties

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer questions and requests
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and other methods as needed
• Enter, update, and maintain customer and company information accurately
• Use Microsoft Excel to organize information, track data, and prepare reports
• Use QuickBooks for day-to-day business and customer-related tasks
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with invoicing, billing, payments, and other administrative duties
• Coordinate information between customers and internal departments
• Stay organized while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Identify and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
• Perform other administrative and customer service duties as needed

Background Profile

• Previous customer service, accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• QuickBooks experience required
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
