Our cleints law firm in Bakersfield is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal with 3–5+ years of legal experience to support attorneys across corporate transactions, litigation, estate planning, probate, employment, and regulatory matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys managing complex legal documents, conducting research, and contributing to high-impact legal work in a collaborative environment.

Requirements
California Paralegal Certificate or Paralegal Certification (required)

Bachelor's degree required

3–5+ years of consecutive Paralegal experience in the same workplace

5+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment preferred

Corporate, business, or transactional law experience strongly preferred

Strong legal drafting, editing, and proofreading skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced legal environment

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staffed
Experience utilizing Legal document management systems
Electronic filing (e-filing) systems
