About the Role We're looking for licensed Life Insurance Agents eager to leave traditional life insurance to provide retirement accounts to clients that actually want to talk to you. What You'll Do Conduct virtual retirement consultations with clients using our proven, preset appointment system (No cold calling or outbound calls/messaging of any kind) Educate clients on their retirement outlook and recommend tailored retirement and life insurance solutions. Present products confidently in a 100% remote environment. Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships. What You'll Bring Life insurance license. Strong interest in sales and finance. Excellent communication and people skills. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
