What You'll Do

As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will work directly with business owners, decision-makers, and employees to identify needs and present appropriate insurance and supplemental benefit solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain relationships with business owners and organizational decision-makers
• Conduct business-to-business appointments and presentations
• Meet with employees to explain available insurance and supplemental benefit options
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Present products clearly and professionally
• Complete applications and required documentation accurately
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Maintain organized records of client activity and customer relationships
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of business opportunities
• Participate in team meetings, training, coaching, and professional development
• Maintain all required state insurance licenses and comply with applicable insurance regulations

Qualifications

Required:

• Active insurance producer license in the applicable state(s)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and customer service skills
• Ability to build relationships with business owners and clients
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Reliable transportation for local business appointments

Preferred:

• Previous experience in insurance sales
• B2B sales experience
• Experience working with business owners, HR professionals, or decision-makers
• Experience with employee benefits or supplemental insurance
