What You’ll Do

As a Technical Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of the company meeting customers on-site, understanding their needs, and delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive real business results. This is an outside B2B sales position with most of your time focused on:

• Become an expert in our industry-leading products and solutions
• Prospect new business through cold calls, leads, and collaboration with sales team
• Conduct on-site consultations and product demonstrations to expand our business
• Collaborate with your local sales office for development and to exceed sales goals

Location Flexibility - Choose up to two preferred office locations when you apply—we’ll do our best to place you where you want to be. You’ll work within a regional territory, not nationwide.

What We Offer

• Base Salary: $53,940 – $80,760 (based on location)
• 1st Year Performance Bonus Target: $24,000 annually (performance based), paid quarterly
• Top Performers once ramped up within their territories can make $150K+

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (or Associate’s and 4+ years military experience)
• Proven outside B2B sales experience (both hunting new accounts + managing/growing accounts)
• Strong work ethic and a passion for learning
• Flexibility and critical thinking skills to adapt to customer challenges
• Willingness to travel (60%+), including overnight
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• Ability to lift and transport demo equipment (35–85 lbs.) into customer sites
