Guest Services Be the first face guests see at Erie's premier venues. Are you friendly, approachable, and calm under pressure? Join the Guest Services Team and help create a welcoming and secure environment for guests attending events across Erie's top entertainment venues. Whether it's a concert, a hockey game, a theatrical performance, or a special event, your presence helps set the tone for a safe and enjoyable experience. As a Guest Services team member, you'll be on the front linesgreeting patrons, managing entry points, and ensuring compliance with venue rules and safety procedures.
