Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
Position: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time or Part-Time) Location: Bronx, New York Schedule: MondayFriday
About the Opportunity: A large, well-established multispecialty group with locations throughout the Greater NYC area is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join its Bronx team. This is an outpatient-only role with no hospital or call responsibilities. The position offers flexibility for either full-time or part-time schedules (minimum 3 days per week).
New graduates are welcome to apply, and H1B visa sponsorship is available. Candidates may choose to see patients of all ages or adults only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
- Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients on preventive health measures, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation.

Qualifications:
- Active/Eligible New York State Nurse Practitioner license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Ability to see patients of all ages
- Spanish language proficiency a plus, not required
