Position: Retail Brand Experience Associate (Full‑Time, Santa Monica, CA) This non‑exempt hourly role pays $21.00–$24.56 per hour plus a potential monthly bonus. The position is on‑site and not remote. Responsibilities Work with the team and individually to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Maintain high product knowledge and stay current with all products and procedures. Apply a customer‑centered approach to achieve sales goals. Accept and implement coaching and feedback to reach individual and team performance goals. Assist guests with resolving customer experience issues and provide an exceptional experience. Record and relay customer feedback and insights to internal teams (tech, marketing, design, product) to improve the experience. Collaborate with customer experience, production, and logistics teams to maintain a low return rate. Perform other duties as assigned. Engage in daily in‑person sales activities, including sales through chats, phones, and virtual appointments. Ensure the sales floor, windows, displays, and back‑stock areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing. Assist with planning and executing events and community programs. Suggest methods to improve area operations, efficiency, and service. Engage in daily digital sales activities, including chats, phones, and virtual appointments. Follow up with customers through the CRM platform to ensure a wholesome experience. Assist the team with managing the daily workload of responding to customer emails. Qualifications Customer service or retail experience. Amazing attitude, passion for learning, and desire to grow with a mission‑driven brand. Experience responding to live chats and using a CRM platform (TalkDesk, Intercom, Kustomer, etc.). Experience tracking KPIs or sales goals. Passion for healthy living, environmental awareness, and social responsibility. Excellent verbal and written communication. Positive attitude and willingness to take on any task. Self‑starter with resilience, entrepreneurial spirit. Comfortable taking phone and video appointments. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. MAC and Google Suite proficiency. Experience training, running branded events, café experience is a plus. Regular and predictable attendance. Physical Requirements Ability to remain stationary, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. Execute repetitive motions of wrists, hands, fingers; reaching or bending repeatedly. Move objects up to 50 pounds in all directions. Lift up to 200 pounds using lifting aids and/or equipment. Operate computer and other office machines such as printers and tablets. Communicate frequently with teammates to update status of tasks.
