What You’ll Do

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms for clients, delivering high-performing campaigns, analyzing data to optimize results, and staying updated on industry trends to ensure clients achieve their marketing goals, while collaborating closely with account managers and creative teams to deliver impactful client solutions. The role heavily focuses on paid media as well as organic search, AI visibility and UX optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Campaign Execution

• Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives, including paid media ( Paid search, display, video ads, social advertising, media buying, sponsorships) search and discovery (SEO, GEO/AI optimization), web UX optimization and analytics. Email support as needed.
• Assist with cross-channel strategic planning and leveraging of platform and technology integration.
• Collaborate with account teams to understand client needs and translate them into actionable digital marketing plans.
• Continually assess new channels, tools, and approaches to strengthen our clients’ digital footprint.
• Manage campaign budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track performance against key metrics.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns in real-time based on data insights, ensuring maximum ROI.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze campaign and web performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Hotjar, Semrush and social media analytics platforms.
• Identify trends and patterns to inform future marketing strategies.

Client Management

• Support strong client relationships by proactively communicating campaign progress, addressing concerns, and presenting results clearly.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss strategy, campaign updates, and performance metrics.

Industry Expertise

• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Proactively identify new opportunities to leverage emerging digital marketing tools and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field preferred
• 6+ years’ experience in digital marketing
• 4+ years managing Google Ads (required)
• Agency experience highly preferred
• Up-to-date and highly knowledgeable of digital marketing channels, technologies, and tactics, both at a strategic level and in implementation
• Experience interpreting analytics reports and producing actionable insights
• In-depth experience using various digital marketing platforms and tools (ex. Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Hotjar, Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, CMS integration)
• Familiarity with email marketing and automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua and HubSpot preferred
• B2B marketing experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Familiarity with SEO principles
• Proven written, verbal, analytical and communication skills
• Work independently as well as in a collaborative, fast-paced in-office, team-oriented environment.
