Sr. Customer Service Representative

Optimum Staffing Solutions is partnered with a company in Tukwila, WA that is looking to add a Sr. Customer Service Representative to their team!

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems, and supporting customers in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Skills you need:

3-5 years of customer service, inside sales, or industrial distribution experience
Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and computer skills
Ability to negotiate pricing and manage customer expectations
Basic product knowledge with strong attention to detail

What you will do:

Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, enter orders, and resolve customer issues
Build strong customer relationships and support repeat business
Source products, manage inventory needs, and expedite backorders
Coordinate shipping, returns, and order fulfillment
Assist less experienced customer service representatives when needed
