Role Description
Atuação no desenvolvimento de soluções FullStack (Python + React) voltadas à automação, integração com agentes de IA e evolução de plataformas digitais, garantindo escalabilidade, alta performance e integração com ecossistemas internos e parceiros.
- Desenvolver e manter aplicações FullStack utilizando Python no back-end e React no front-end
- Construir e evoluir APIs, microsserviços e interfaces web com foco em performance e experiência do usuário
- Integrar soluções com agentes de IA, LLMs e plataformas externas
- Evoluir arquiteturas de automação e aplicações distribuídas
- Garantir qualidade, escalabilidade, segurança e performance das aplicações
- Atuar com boas práticas de engenharia (Clean Code, testes automatizados, observabilidade e documentação)
- Participar de decisões técnicas relacionadas à arquitetura e evolução dos produtos
- Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com times multidisciplinares para entrega contínua de valor
Qualifications
- Experiência de pelo menos 6 anos com Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django ou similares)
- Experiência sólida com React.js e desenvolvimento de interfaces modernas
- Experiência com MCP para integração com IA
- Vivência com desenvolvimento de APIs REST
- Sólida experiência com arquitetura de microsserviços
- Experiência com protocolos de segurança - autenticação
- Experiência com integração entre front-end e back-end
- Conhecimento em HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experiência com bancos de dados SQL e NoSQL
- Conhecimento em cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP)
- Experiência com Git, pipelines de CI/CD e práticas DevOps
- Conhecimento em Docker e ambientes containerizados
- Experiência com testes automatizados e boas práticas de qualidade de software
Requirements
- Experiência com IA Generativa, LLMs ou agentes inteligentes
- Conhecimento em MCPs (Model Context Protocol) ou plataformas similares
- Experiência com Kubernetes
- Vivência com arquiteturas orientadas a eventos (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS ou similares)
- Conhecimento em frameworks avançados do ecossistema React (Next.js, Zustand, Redux, etc.)
- Experiência em aplicações escaláveis e ambientes de alta disponibilidade
