Production Associate

Job Summary 1st shift/ 7am-3:30pm **some overtime** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Production Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves handling materials, assisting in production processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely order fulfillment while adhering to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines Assemble, package, and label products for shipment Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas Maintain clean and organized workspaces Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Track inventory and report discrepancies Follow all company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety regulations Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed Work Environment Warehouse setting with varying temperatures Exposure to machinery, noise, and moving equipment Requires physical activity including lifting, bending, and standing Preferred Skills Experience with warehouse management systems Strong communication and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Gilder Search Group
