The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare/medical construction projects and be able to lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver successful projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities:Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and secure new healthcare construction projectsLead the preconstruction estimating process to develop accurate and competitive project bidsManage the overall project budget, schedule, and quality control to ensure successful project deliveryProvide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure effective communication and collaborationDevelop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomesEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standardsManage project risk and identify opportunities for innovation and process improvementProvide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholdersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field10+ years of experience in healthcare construction project managementStrong business development and client relationship management skillsExperience with preconstruction estimating and budget managementKnowledge of medical facilities and healthcare construction regulations and standardsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office and project management softwareIf you are a self-starter with a passion for healthcare construction and a track record of delivering successful projects, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
