Providing training and career development opportunities and emphasizing strong support for our local communities through philanthropic initiatives are essential to our culture.For additional information please visit our website at Responsibilities Leading execution efforts on underwriting and closing; Preparing detailed financial modeling; Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis; Developing and maintaining business and industry due diligence; Participating in deal structuring, legal documentation, negotiations and closing; Drafting of memoranda for internal and external use; Presenting deals at investment committees; Monitoring the performance of existing investments. Qualifications 2-3 years’ experience as an analyst or associate with a top investment bank or real estate investment fund; Outstanding financial modeling, analytical and presentation skills; Demonstrated competency in financial statement analysis, business valuation, accounting and finance.
