Position: Production Assembly Workers (PTA 1-A) - Entry Level

Pay: $15.25/hr.

Schedule: M-Thurs 7:30am - 5pm and Friday 7:30am - 11:30am 

(overtime, evenings, and weekends may be required based on production needs)

PRT Staffing is hiring Production Associates TA I-A team members to help assemble and test televisions in a fast-paced production environment for a client in Winnsboro, SC.  This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with tools, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a team that keeps production moving.

No advanced experience required.  We’re looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Position Overview

As a Production TA I-A, you’ll work on the production line assembling and testing televisions using hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and detailed work instructions. You’ll rotate between workstations and support the team in building high-quality products safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and disassemble television components using hand and power tools
• Use screw guns and other production equipment safely and accurately
• Perform functional testing on televisions using remotes, cables, and testing tools
• Follow work instructions, procedures, and quality standards
• Identify and report production or quality issues to leadership
• Assist with machine setup and testing equipment preparation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Support additional production tasks and special projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read and follow written instructions required
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Frequent use of hands and arms for assembly work
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach as needed
• Regular lifting up to 25 pounds
• Occasional lifting up to 55 pounds
• Ability to work around production machinery and moderate to high noise levels
• Must follow all PPE and workplace safety requirements
