Data Governance Manager

Data Governance Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide a team of senior analysts responsible for domain engagement and stewardship activities.
- Manage day-to-day operations, support prioritization efforts, and address any roadblocks to keep initiatives progressing smoothly.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across governance forums, work sessions, and domain engagements.
- Review governance documentation, training materials, and project artifacts to ensure quality and consistency.
- Support metadata-related activities and ensure projects align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Proven experience leading or executing data governance or stewardship programs in complex organizational settings.
- Strong knowledge of governance concepts such as data ownership, stewardship models, metadata, and data quality.
- Ability to effectively lead teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Skilled at working across technical and business teams, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
