The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here’s What You Need:Minimum of 6 years of consulting experience, preferably including strategy or transformation leadership, with the ability to operate at C‑suite level, navigate a highly matrixed organization, align multiple stakeholder groups, and drive measurable outcomes.Minimum of 6 years of experience in technology or digital transformation roles, with deep understanding of Data & AI platforms.Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a technical or consulting capacity in the financial services sector.Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in Data, Analytics, and AI‑driven transformation, including enterprise data platforms, AI/ML solutions, automation, and orchestration, with demonstrated practitioner experience shaping and delivering large‑scale initiatives using modern AI platforms (including WatsonX Orchestrate), leveraging AI capabilities to enhance devops, and reinventing engineering.Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)Professional Skills requirement:Exceptional executive presence, with outstanding communication and presentation skills, and the ability to act as an influential industry evangelist.Ability to structure and lead story-driven narratives for offerings across industry specializations and technology stacks.Proven track record of leading large-scale business transformation initiatives driven by technology.Knowledge of cloud business models, and value realization across public, private, hybrid, and sovereign cloud environments.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
